State Bank Of India Put To Notice By The Supreme Court Of India (vide order dated 15.02.2024). Application For Extension Of Time Dismissed.

☆The Supreme Court of India had dismissed an application by #HarishaSalve on behalf of #SBI for extension of time to unravel the details of #ElectoralBondsCase 

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Justice Dr. Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud, Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice B. R. Gavai, Justice Manoj Mishra and Justice J. B. Pardiwala dismissed the application of State Bank of India. 

Dinesh Kumar Khara, the Chairman of State Bank of India, Vinay M. Tonse, Managing Director of State Bank of India are on Notice for wilful noncompliance of the Supreme Court of India's orders. 

The Constitutional Bench has ordered SBI to give all details to #ElectionCommissionOfIndia before 5pm on 12.03.2024. 

Rajiv Kumar, the 25th Chief Election Commissioner of India, has been ordered to put all the details of Election Bonds, sale, purchaser and the beneficiary of the Election Bonds, on the website of The Election Commission of India, before the end of working hours of 15.03.2024
