• My dear Sonia Gandhi jee, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Salman Khurshid;
Dear Salman, I read your Facebook Post succinctly, regarding strong defense of Sh. Rahul Gandhi and criticism of Sh. Ghulam Nabi Azad on quitting the primary membership of Indian National Congress. I'm no advocate of anyone. Every one has self respect and consciousness. You are well aware Salman that there exists a strong cortorie around the Gandhi's! The allegations of Ghulam Nabi Azad are true to a great extent; that P.A.s, peons, guards and darbaris are controlling the Gandhi family. VINCENT (V) GEORGE USED TO PLAY DIRTY POWER GAMES, WITH MRS. SONIA GANDHI'S APPOINTMENTS. He often manipulated, even her signed orders. She wasn't aware about it or was she?
Appointments for Rahul Gandhi are never given. His office staff is not only rude but the females managing his secretarial work are obnoxiously rude and do not give messages to Rahul. E-mails are not replied. Further, as you know better Salman, Ghulam Nabi Azad has been thoroughly loyal to Gandhi family from the days of Sanjay Gandhi. Of late, after P.M. Narendra Modi’s appreciation speech about Ghulam Nabi Azad, in Rajya Sabha, has ruffled the feathers of sycophants in Congress.
Azad Saheb has been continuously insulted by a junior, Vikar Rasool, being made J.K.PCC President, denial of Rajya Sabha and further removal of his name from C.W.C. Obviously his 5 paged letter was expression of his hurt and humiliation that he obviously doesn't deserve! Salman, you are my friend, from St. Stephen's College days and I deeply respect and love you always! But you must be fair to Ghulam Nabi Azad also. As also to consider why eminent leaders are quitting from Congress?
I think it's high time that P.A.s, peons, attendants and cortorie around Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi is SMASHED!These leaders should be freely accessible to common man and party workers. Are they? Yes ofcourse Digvijaya Singh lost by more than 2 lakh votes from Sadhvi Pragya in Bhopal, yet he was nominated to Rajya Sabha! He destroyed the government of Kamal Nath in Madhya Pradesh by sidelining Maharaj Madhav Rao Scindia's son, Jyotirditya Scindia. He in return destroyed the Congress in Madhya Pradesh. Please recall what P.M. Winston Churchill said, "No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except all those others that have been tried from time to time. A politician needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year." Be that as it may!
Kindly consider the following:-
1. Kapil Sibal resigned after openly asking the Gandhi family to step aside from leadership roles.
2. Captain Amarinder Singh, the former Punjab C.M. resigned and formed his own party 'Punjab Lok Congress' over the appointment of Navjot Singh Sidhu as the President of Punjab Congress Committee.
3. Jyotiraditya Scindia resigned on March 9, 2020, after his continued fight with party leadership in Madhya Pradesh and he joined BJP.
4. R.P.N. Singh; once considered close to Rahul Gandhi quit the party, a day after Congress made him a star campaigner for Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and he joined BJP.
5. Jitin Prasada, one of the signatories to the letter written by the "G-23" to Sonia Gandhi, demanded major course correction within the organisation. He resigned on June 9, 2021, to join BJP.
6. Priyanka Chaturvedi resigned on November 27, 2021, and joined Shiv Sena, saying that party’s stated policy on women’s safety and empowerment was not being followed by party members.
7. Sushmita Dev former president of All India Mahila Congress; once close to the Nehru-Gandhi's (particularly Rahul Gandhi) joined T.M.C.
8. Jaiveer Shergil resigned from Congress saying that sycophants were eating the party as termites and the party is no longer in sync with t
aspirations of the youth.
9. Bhubaneswar Kalita Congress' Rajya Sabha M.P. and chief whip resigned opposing party's stand on the abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
10. Sanjay Sinh, Congress R.S. MP from Assam resigned and joined BJP, accusing the party of "living in the past and being unaware of the future".
11. Ashwini Kumar the former Union minister, quit accusing of “having lost touch with the ground reality and no longer reflected the national mood”.
12. Pradyot Barman quit as Congress's Tripura chief, citing differences with party high command.
13. Divya Spandana, actor turned politician, Congress's social media head quit citing "unhealthy intra-party rivalries".
14. P.C. Chacko, Senior Congress leader quit blaming factionalism in the party’s State unit and lack of “proper leadership at the national level".
15. Luizinho Faleiro former Goa C.M. quit and joined TMC.
16. S. M. Krishna, former Karnataka C.M. joined BJP citing “constant interference by party President Rahul Gandhi".
16. Sunil Jhakhar, son of Balram Jhakhar quit from Punjab Congress to join BJP.
Ofcourse the list is even longer. While so many distinguished people have left from the primary membership of the Congress party, instead of casting aspersions on them, it's high time for self introspection by Congress party itself. None other than Congress is making itself into 'Congress Mukt Bharat'.
While the Congress party workers are in every nook and corner of India but they have no team leader at local level and are rudderless.
The recent results of 2 assembly seats victory in Uttar Pradesh speaks volumes of party's grass root connection.
I can keep writing volumes but I pause here! This is without any prejudice towards any one Congress leader, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Wishing you all the best for future.
I'm, Sincerely Yours,
