I had the pleasure of presenting my poetry book, Ocean Of Love, to the Delhi Police Public Library, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. A set of these books were presented to Inspector Nirbhay Kumar. A large number of students from underprivileged sections and even police officials take advantage of this educational facility for clearing UPSC examinations or do higher studies.
