☆ I will always miss you Yadupati Singhania! He was young, charmig, higly educated, caring and 'yearning for love'. I always told him, that he has very expressive and dreamy eyes. He would just look at me and smile. Yadupati wanted me to be his 'special friend'. A thorogh gentleman and a great charmer! I was so busy in making a career in Doordarhan News. I too was deeply attracted towards him. Although his wealth and money scared me. He was genuinely fond of me and respected me. Yadupati always told me, "you are so beautiful Neelam. I love chatting with you. Infact I learn from you. Your knowledge amazes me". He wanted to be friends with me 'forever, in his life'. He would often drop into my flat, with flowers for me and chocolates for my little son! He presented me with books and perfumes. 

He would often invite me for lunch or dinner at Taj Mansingh Hotel, where he had a suite. He loved to host journalists for cocktails. Most of the time when we are young, we do make mistakes. It was my mistake to lose out on a wonderful human being; Yadupati Singhania. I had interviewed Yadupati in one of the news programmes for Doordarshan News. In fact, he spoke so softly, that we had to fix two mikes and a lepel. You always enjoyed my presence and told me that my being around gives you happiness. 

I am so sorry, I did not understand your feelings? Once Yadupati Singhania had come to meet me, but he suddenly left. I asked him, if all was well? He said, "I will soon connect with you, by the evening". I always knew he was a busy person, but I never realized that he was such a big man and yet so humble. He had invited me to the 'JK House'. I knew he was married to Kavita, who is grand daughter of industrialist, G. D. Goenka. I was struggling to stand on my own feet. I would spend time with Yadupati's friends. He was a great host and the whole day there was eating and drinking going on. When a journalist would tell him that they wanted to interview him, he would merely brush it off, by saying, "अरे यार वो भी हो जाएगा, आप आनंद लीजिए". He was generous and big hearted. I have known, some wealthy guys, with a small, stingy heart. Yadupati Singhania took #JKCement to great heights by breaking the glass ceiling! He died so young! What happened to you Yadupati? I saw one video of Yadupati, in a Singapore hospital, which saddened and shocked me! I didn't know that you are going to leave this world so early and suffering like this. I would have spent a lot more time with you, had I known this. I never realized the depth of your love for me. I am realizing it now, when you're no more in this world! In fact, I got to know about Yadupati Singhania's death just last week and it really hurt me. He's is often 'visiting me in my dreams', since I heard of his passing away. I too was down with double Corona! I pray that Yadupati is in the Lotus hands of the Lord and he is protected. I will always miss your love, care, affection and respect for me. A wonderful person: Yadupati Singhania!
