International Peace and Humanitarian Award 2021-22 for Human Rights Protection to Neelam Mahajan Singh

All India Ulama Board; National Minority Conference for Justice and Peace, Mr. M. A. Siddiqui, Advisor- Culture and Finance,  Mr. Waris Ali and Mr. Anzar Anwar Khan, National General Secretaries; organised a conference on 'International Peace, Justice and Human Rights' at India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi on 08.11.2021. Mr. M. Sirajuddin Quereshi, President, India 🇮🇳 Islamic Cultural Centre was the chief guest. Religious leaders of multiple faiths were present in the function. Major highlight of the program was to honour Maulana Khallilurehman Sajjad Nomani Saheb, a vetran human rights crusader for his nationalistic sentiments and humanitarian contributions to the society. Editor-in-Chief of In-Dinon, Sh. S. M. S M Asif was honoured with a momento and citation. Neelam Mahajan Singh, Sr. Journalist and Solicitor for Human Rights Protection was the only lady who was decorated with 'International Peace and Humanitarian Award 2021-22'. Maulana Sajjad Nomani Saheb stated that, "we have to grow above the narrow mindset and reach out to the poor, needy and hungry people". Neelam Mahajan Singh in her firebrand speech said that, "we should raise our voices against every kind of oppression by the State. She condemned human rights violations by the police and administration. 
The Conference passed a resolution to reach out to villages and remote distrcts to ensure that no one is left hungry. Holy scriptures were rendered by Dr. Danish.
