Again you've appeared oh my moon ?
But why only half ?
You too bear this
like a hapless destiny
Becoming reassured
By giving next invitation ?
Don't you remember
You're acknowledged today ?
To be the master of this fragrant night 'Shashi' ?
You're Shiva's staccato
'Tandava - Shiva's Dance of Joy, Fury and Annihilation'
Isn't needed
A mere warning of Tandava by you
Will suffice !
Destroy the root of this irony
You and your 'Sampurna' (totality)
It's a mirage, Oh Shiva !
Come please appear once atleast !
All the saints residing under the 'Meru'
Where have they vanished ?
Oh 'Trideva' are you also in slumber ?
You, who spearheaded 'Sagar Manthan'
You - the 'Neelkantha'
Turned blue, swallowing poison !
You are the Shivatva
On one hand Rudra
You are the creator
Destroyer and annihilator,
Churning the ocean with nectar and poison
The myth, hearsay and truth !
Who would listen to
Civilizational metamorphosis ?
Having changed now
The nectar isn't needed
The saints consumed 'Amrit'
Have gone to sleep !
Blow the conch-shell
Oh my beloved, oh my Shiva !
Go now, fill the ocean with poison
Once again churn the ocean
Don't distribute nectar but poison
So that, no saint can sleep
No demon may arise
And a new civilization is created
Void of demons and saints
Oh 'Trinetra'
Shiva's Dance of Fury, Joy and Annihilation:
